The Circumstances Surrounding the Tragedy
Smith,46, was found dead at his home in Manuel Hill, Tortola on Monday.
RVIPF said it received a report via the 911 call center at 7:30 pm about a shooting at Manuel Reef.
Investigations by officers led them to a residence in the Manuel Hill area.
After a thorough search of the premises, officers discovered Smith’s body with apparent gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
