CIBC Caribbean launches “Ways To Bank” digital hub

In a significant move towards enhancing customer convenience, CIBC Caribbean has unveiled its latest digital initiative, the “Ways to Bank” digital hub. 

This centralized platform integrates all of the bank’s digital products and services, catering to the evolving needs of its tech-savvy clientele.

With an overwhelming 94 percent of banking transactions now conducted online, CIBC Caribbean’s “Ways to Bank” hub offers seamless access to a variety of digital banking services. 

Whether clients are managing bill payments or facilitating instant transfers, this digital tool ensures they remain in full control of their financial transactions.

Accessible anywhere, anytime

Available across both mobile and desktop platforms, the “Ways to Bank” hub empowers clients with the flexibility to bank on their own terms.

A strategic digital transformation

Deepa Boucaud, Executive Director of Personal and Business Banking at CIBC Caribbean, highlighted the hub’s role in the bank’s ongoing digital transformation journey. 

She noted that the ‘Ways to Bank’ digital hub exemplifies its dedication to providing innovative and user-friendly banking experiences.

 The platform’s integration consolidates various digital services into a single, user-centric interface.

Driving digital engagement

Recent data underscores the hub’s impact, with a notable 27 per cent increase in personal and business online and mobile banking transactions over the past year. 

In contrast, traditional in-branch transactions have decreased by 23 percent year-on-year. 

Boucaud emphasized that the goal is to simplify banking processes for its clients, enabling them to manage their finances effortlessly from any location.

Key features of the “Ways to Bank” hub include detailed insights into the bank’s suite of digital services. 

From activating cards to processing bill payments and utilizing the popular 1st Pay online fund transfer service, clients can efficiently navigate their financial activities through this unified platform.
