BROWARD HEALTH COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES to distribute 760 holiday meals to deserving families

On Thursday, December 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. the Annie L. Weaver Health Center, part of Broward Health Community Health Services network of community health centers, is hosting its first holiday meal distribution. Staff and Broward Health leadership will provide 750 donated turkeys and side item bags filled with everything a family needs to prepare a traditional holiday meal.

The meals will be distributed by Gino Santorio, President/CEO, Broward Health,  Andrew Ta, M.D., EVP/Chief Medical Officer, Broward Health. David Clark, Acting SVP of Operations, Broward Health, Tiana Blount, AVP, Broward Health, and Sharon Crum, Site Manager, Annie L. Weaver Health Center.

In the spirit of the holiday season, Broward Health Community Health Centers wants to ensure that our community is able to enjoy a traditional meal with loved ones. Broward Health Community Health Services is part of the medical safety net for Broward County residents in the northern two-thirds of the county.
