AYITI Cultural Bazaar Closes Haitian Heritage Month Festivities

Ayiti Cultural Bazaar evening is going hybrid this year as it closes out Haitian Heritage Month on May 30.

The virtual event, which will be featured via www.Facebook.com/5sur5tv starting at 3 PM, will consist of an art compilation with a program that will highlight dance, film, music, poetry, visual arts, culinary arts and more.

This year’s Cultural Bazaar theme is “See the Future Together,” which offers an opportunity to reflect on the shared history of Haiti and how to envision a shared future with other Caribbean nations.

The in-person event will take place at the ArtServe 1350 East Sunrise Blvd. Sunrise Florida will celebrate the diversity, creativity, and excitement that makes Broward County a Caribbean Melting Pot. The event is a multi-disciplinary arts celebration and an opportunity for the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce’s artists, chefs, and entertainers to share their talents with the world.

This year’s artists include Murielle Leconte of Murielle Creations, Mondy Pierre Auguste – painter, Bito David from Haitian Craft Collections, MECCA GRIMO, Alnie Innocent from Taste of Haiti Box, Christine Cedras of Bohio Beads, culinary Chef, and more. Admission is FREE and includes ALL EVENING SHOPPING in support of the artists.
