A Haitian man is currently in the Seminole County Jail facing charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping, after being nabbed in Haiti and returned to Central Florida for killing of an Orlando music producer in 2003.
Rony Ulysse was arrested on an unrelated charge but was taken to the United States after authorities realized a warrant for his arrest had been issued, investigators said.
The Seminole County prosecutor’s office allege Ulysse beat and shot death Wilfredo Rivera, who owned Max-A-Million Records was killed in Orlando in March 2003.
Rivera was reportedly beaten and fatally shot because of a debt, prosecutors said.
