Sections of Jamaica were rocked by an earthquake around 7:30 PM local time on Thursday.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the earthquake registered a magnitude of 4.3. The epicenter of the quake was 8 kilometers south of Buff Bay, Portland, in Jamaica.
The earthquake has so far been reportedly felt in the parishes of Kingston and St Andrew, Clarendon, St Catherine, St Thomas, St James, Portland, St Elizabeth, and Manchester.
No injuries or significant structural damage was reported.
