Scheduled to welcome guests starting May 4 next year, the luxurious property is gearing up to provide employment to over 700 locals, signifying a substantial boost to the community’s workforce.

Currently, the hotel’s development is making substantial strides, with construction progress marked at about 60 per cent.
According to Jamaican media reports, Francine Wright Acosta, the Manager of Construction and Administration with the RIU Group says the hotel promises a blend of modern amenities with 753 rooms upon completion.

According to reports, the group’s commitment to local employment is strong, with historical data revealing that less than 0.5 per cent of its workforce has been sourced from outside Jamaica.
